We're just two high school sweethearts that fell in love with each other, have a passion for documenting life, and making magic through photography & cinematography! Located in Cherry Valley, IL. We are wedding + portrait photographers & videographers who love to laugh and travel!

I'm Ashley, and my husband's name is Abi. We are the husband and wife team behind the cameras and owners of Medina Photo + Film. *Previously Flash Photography and Film

Not only did I get to marry my best friend, but I have been fortunate enough to build an amazing business with him where we get to create and capture authentic and artistic imagery + film. We love natural light and sunsets. Making people laugh and hearing people’s stories is what keeps us passionate and true to what we believe and the reason we started this all.

We are lovers of Christ, coffee, and all the little things in life. We adore our 3 little children with all our hearts. Outside of our love for photography + film, we also enjoy binge watching TV shows, family vacations, and a healthy balance of LOTS of delicious food mixed with an active lifestyle. A day filled with love and laughter is a requirement and comes complimentary with your wedding package.
